Scout Willis, the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, was reportedly arrested on Monday evening. The 20 year-old has been drinking in a subway station Pakistani beer when police asked for her identity card, she shows a fake identity card. That's a total of three offenses. Because in America, alcohol is permitted only from 21 years, alcohol is not allowed in public places in New York and then the false identity card.
She was released on Tuesday without a deposit.
Here in Germany, alcohol is allowed at 16 years and we can drink in public. Statistically, there is no more alcohol abusers than in America. I am of the opinion that prohibitions only create more appeal this ban to pass. More should be invested in education about risks of alcohol. What is your opinion?
