Former german first lady Bettina Wulff has sued the Google

The wife of former German president Christian Wulff is taking legal action to prevent Google from spreading rumours that she once worked as an escort girl.
Web users who type Bettina Wulff’s name into Google’s search engine receive suggestions including ‘prostitute’, ‘escort’ and ‘red-light district’.
Rumours were reportedly circulated by political opponents of her husband, who resigned in February following a loan scandal.
'I was never employed as an escort,' Mrs. Wulff swore in her statement at her attorney’s office in Hamburg.
A click on the German version of Google throws up numerous references to 'call girl,' 'red light,' 'prostitute' and 'escort' in relation to Mrs. Wulff.

The former "First Lady" has been professionally re-oriented, she became self-employed with a public relations agency. "I feel free, because I am my own boss," she told the magazine 'Focus'.

Christian Wulff, who resigned in February after a 20-month term as President, after prosecutors opened an investigation into possible personal gain during his time as prime minister of Lower Saxony.

Bettina Wulff will publish an autobiography very soon, therefore, many people consider this step as a PR means.
I also believe that she used this story for PR purposes. Because this story was published in 2006, six years she has done nothing, why now?
